These terms apply to physical merchandise purchased through shop.thebettertraders.com. Linked courses and subscriptions are provided through separate pages and are subject to the terms presented there.

Products and pricing

The selected garment, colour, size and decoration are identified on the product page and in your order. Model images identified as AI illustrations show design direction; consult the supplier product images, measurements and garment details. Screen colours and lighting can differ from physical fabric. This does not reduce our obligation to supply goods that match their description.

The checkout displays the currency, item prices, applicable taxes and shipping charges before payment. Availability can change. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you about the available options rather than substitute a different garment without your agreement.

Orders

Provide accurate order and delivery information. If an error, availability issue or other problem prevents us from fulfilling your order, we will contact you and provide any refund required by law. Shipping, cancellation and return details appear in the store's Shipping and Returns policies.

Store content

Our branding and artwork remain the property of their respective owners. Purchasing merchandise does not grant a licence to reproduce the artwork commercially. Do not misuse the store or interfere with its operation.

Applicable rights

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer protections, legal warranties or remedies. Changes to these terms will be dated and posted here; changes do not retroactively remove rights relating to an existing purchase.
